Getting back on track.. because I'M GETTING MARRIED IN 2015!

Hey everyone, I'm a 21 year old university student from the Great White North (aka Canada), and I'm looking to get my diet and health back on track. I used MyFitnessPal (alongside exercise and a generally more active lifestyle) to lose 30 pounds about a year and a half ago. I was at my lowest weight since elementary school, and I felt incredible. Unfortunately, I lost much of the weight on a very low carb diet, and once the university school year began in the fall, the pounds came crashing right back on. I am now at virtually the same weight I was when I began (170) and I'm ready for a permanent change, and I want to keep a balanced diet with some carbs to do it.

I've actually already lost about 7 pounds since Christmas, but I need to get my butt in gear if I want to be around 130-135 pounds by summertime! As a fun sidenote, I am getting married in about a year and a half, and I would love to be happy, healthy, and comfortable in my wedding dress/on my wedding day! That is definitely added motivation!

For the record, I am 5'2 and fairly evenly proportioned.

So! Here we go:

SW: 176
CW: 170
GW: 135
