I'm not sure why there is so much fish period! I only eat tuna so I always have to swap out for a lean meat. I'm actually changing things up quite a bit but basically sticking to the lean meats low fat dairy and veggies veggies veggies! ;) I'm losing about a piund a day though so I'm happy :) I'm worried I will get bored…

Thats exactly what happened to me! I actually did pretty good all weekend and would have been thankful just to not gain over a weekend but yesterday I messed up and really late at night too. :( It said I gained a pound this morning! waaaaahhhhhh!!!!! I'm kicking it into high gear this week! Have a wonderful week!

Last night we grilled italian herb chicken topped it with fresh spinach and then melted mozzerella cheese. My fave!

Wow! That is awesome! I have been sticking to the 15/6 rule with the original BFC but I don't even think I have been hitting either of those numbers.
