I am working on my sodium intake. After the gain I did go back through my diary and discovered my intake was high and have been lowering that.

Thank you everybody. I just started on here but have lost 30 pounds before on here just by cutting back and not by actually counting calories. I wasnt eating healthy just cutting back how much I ate. I am now eating healthy. I really appreciate yalls help.
