this may be a stupid question but are you suppose to eat the calories back that you burn during exercise? Thanks.

I don't think its a stupid question,I wonder that myself. If I burn a lot with exercise, then it tells me my body might think I,m starving it. But then the next day if I don't exercise I am eating too much. I would like the answer also.0
