I am new to running and a bit intimidated by some of the mileage here, but I am sure you all started somewhere. i was always told to "run with the best" so I am joining this group for running motivation. I did sign up for a 10K in October and will be following the C210K app.

I had to do this recently...take a step back and see what was making me eat more. It was that I had a lot to do and felt very overwhelmed. It does help to write goals and tasks on paper and cross out the finished tasks as you go along...it helps to see progress and motivates you to keep moving...usually in the right…
