I've only lost about 5-6lbs, but that's all been in the last month or so once I started on mfp. The key is to change your diet as well. I run 5k about 3-4 times per week now, taking about 35-38 minutes. I'm hoping to get down to 30 minutes and then start the bridge to 10k. I think it's a really great program

I know exactly what you mean! I was at my parents' for a week and I feel like they asked about everything I ate. I don't tell anyone else I'm on a diet because I don't want to feel like everything I eat is being judged.
