I have a rice cooker, and I have to say I'm not a huge rice fan, but I have been using it for quick meals. I also have a steam tray and I can do a whole meal, rice on the bottom and veggies and shrimp on top and I only dirtyed one pot. I love it.:happy:

Using her as a weight is a great idea. I run an in-home daycare and I am lifting the children all the time, and I never count it for anything. If I won 12 million I would not give money to anyone. I would buy them the things they need to live in comfort for the rest of their days, I would buy myself a live-in personal trainer (maybe Julian Michaels), wisely invest and live off the interest. I would slice it and cook it with some extra lean ground beef (or turkey), some brown rice (precooked) a can of stewed tomatoes and you have lazy-man's cabbage rolls. YUM! :tongue: :tongue: :tongue:

I read somewhere that a soup bowl worth of veggies is about 100 calories. Get some favorites and munch. Good luck

I was stuck at one weight for about six months and then I started with MFP and the scale started moving again. Make sure you eat all your calories in a day and figure out your meals (sometimes I do this before I eat them just to make sure I'm within my goals) Good Luck.:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :wink: :flowerforyou:
