Starting to feel my workouts and about to do todays (althou

Ok so ive been working out since tues and i was feeling it before the new aches cause ur bodies not used to the workouts but since tues i am aching n places i didnt know i could ache before...my abs thighs arms ...i know its a good pain and its because this time i am being consistent but im also remembering this is where i would start to say ok today i dont feel well or today i am hurting so i wont do it today and then i will excercise tomorow its only one day or ill excercise twice tom....i am going to so it i know i have to and i dont want to fall back into bad patterns and i really want to reach thta finish line this time but man do i need motivation and support today cause im going on that treadmill i know i have to i just dont want to make the next excuse well i did my cardio so i could not do the rest (strength training) today and i need to do that.....:sad: help please.

    You have already given yourself all the reasons to do it. Now just do it.

    I know that you'll make the right choice. So get going and do what needs to be done and continue on with the rest of your day.

    your riight i got on and did it and am hurting but in a good way so thank you for the support i was even able to do my end of the workout 6.0 run for a min so thank you :flowerforyou:
  • Doing 10-15 mins of cardio after your weight training can help your muscles recover faster. When you weight train, your muscles collect lactic acid, which causes stiffness and soreness, but the cardio gets your blood pumping and flushes away some of that acid build-up.

    If you wake up one day and you feel too sore to do anything, do some cardio. It really does loosen up those sore muscles!

    thanks thats really interesting i didnt know that well i did it i did my treadmill and i even ran my6.0 for a niute after so im feeling better i feel like i accomplished something so thank you so much the support really gets me throught it :flowerforyou:
