I know my priority is my little girl but aaaarrrggghhh. Any tips please ???

I have got to carry her around a bit now so I guess that could count she weighs about 20lbs.

Don't be afraid to ask a friend or relative to help out a few times a week. And then use that time to exercise or just take a break.
We should help each other out and sometimes people don't offer but are very willing if asked.

Using her as a weight is a great idea. I run an in-home daycare and I am lifting the children all the time, and I never count it for anything. You Are A Genius!!!!!

Put her in a cart/stroller and go for walks or runs. This gets her a change of scenery and you some exercise. Speaking of which, I'm going to bundle up my daycare kids and do just that.

    Have a great day. :flowerforyou:
