Just did week 2, day 1. It was definitely harder than last week. Pretty intense. But I like it! :) Day 2 on Wednesday.

Are there particular organizations that you give the afghans to? I have been wanting to make blankets to donate, but whenever I make them, I do not know how to find a recipient! These are great. Now i know where I can send the blankets that I crochet. :D

@Kristin I am doing times a week. Taking break days is actually healthy for you. It gives your muscles (which tear when you work out) a chance to recover and become stronger than before. Too much of anything can be a bad thing. When you do too much at once or too quickly, you risk injury. Even though you might want to do a…

Ok. My memory must have been really poor, because I ended up doing today's with 3.5 as the walking speed and 5.0 as the running speed. Well, from the times I have used the treadmill in the past, I usually walk at 4-5 and run at about 7-9. I use running shoes, but they are a few years old. They are sort of cheap running shoes, to be honest. But I have heard that without running shoes you do risk injury.
