Wow Great Job! Inspiring! I'm in a bit of a weight stalemate so once I get over this cold, I'm game to start doing these videos! You look toned up too! Great job! Keep up the good work!

I'm late to the party - my goal was 120 miles for the month, and I'm currently at 82.4 for the month. Just sharing, I don't have to get in this challenge. Goals from my blog: Current Mileage from RunKeeper:

I do the healthy life wheat. Or the sugar free. 35 per slice usually. If I have to have a sandwich or bread with breakfast food, I'm only doing one slice now. I miss bread, but it's easy to just get crazy about it!

All natural. Only take a multi-vitamin, Fish oil, and calcium. Logging 25+ miles a week running too. Down 98 pounds and happier than ever.

I run outside as long as the footing is ok. Did 6 miles in the low teens on Saturday. It's nice out if you layer.

I use Runkeeper free and easy!

I do the same breakfast foods. Yogurt, lowfat eggo waffles (2), sugar free syrup, raisins, pineapple chunks - only if I run, and if I run - maybe 2 tablespoons of lowfat peanut butter. I generally feel great post breakfast. Apples are an every day thing too.

I didn't follow a program - but I would be really careful about pavement impact and use proper stretching, warming up, and cooling down. Just watch the impact on your knees, ankles, and upper things. Pavement is rough. My first run I was 293 pounds. I was told to run a minute, walk a minute for as long as I could do. (15…
