I did the 30 Day Shred for January and Ripped in 30 for February, so here are my Before, After 30DS, and After RI30 pics and measurments!

Bust -2.5"
Natural Waist -3"
Across Belly Button -3"
Hips -1.5"
Right Arm -1.5"
Left Arm -1.5"
Right Thigh -1"
Left Thigh -1.25"
Estimated Body Fat % -1.5%

I forgot to put my difference in weight, too
After 30 Day Shred, I lost 5.2 lbs
After Ripped in 30, I lost 6.8 lbs
Total 2 month weight loss was 12 lbs

    Awesome, Awesome work! You look amazing! You're stomach is so much smaller and your arms are so toned!! What a transformation. This is super motivation for me. I am on L1D5 of the shred and planning on doing ripped next. Great work!! :)
