Fiber One 80 calorie cereal - I mix it with Greek yogurt. Also the southwest chicken salad at McDonald's (without the tortilla strips). Kraft low-fat Toasted Asian Sesame dressing...I put it on everything!

I think reduced-fat Triscuits have become an extra appendage - I eat them that frequently.

I eat the same snack almost everyday. Red seedless grapes, greek yogurt with honey on the bottom, and almonds or cashews. Yummy :)

Avocado...need my avocado every day, either on toast or mixed with quinoa, tomato, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and maybe mango if I have.

I have the same breakfast every morning...oatmeal/hemp hearts/roasted sunflower seeds/maple syrup/splash almond milk

I do the same breakfast foods. Yogurt, lowfat eggo waffles (2), sugar free syrup, raisins, pineapple chunks - only if I run, and if I run - maybe 2 tablespoons of lowfat peanut butter. I generally feel great post breakfast. Apples are an every day thing too.
