And as for upping cals I've been hesitant because I haven't seen a loss and because I'm afraid eating more will make me bloat more. Ahh. I could try that as well though.

I haven't tried herbal supplements, only Dulcolax every once in a while. I could definitely try that (and also research constipation and weight loss because I've never heard of any exception to the deficit rule). Thank you!

I am usually under my carbs as far as numbers go but I do eat a lot of them (English muffins at breakfast, tortillas at lunch, etc.) I'll try to scale down. Thank you :)

If you're doing Insanity, definitely. You should eat at least some of your exercise calories. It's impossible to lose 2lbs/week in a healthy manner at your weight. And if you do, you're most likely losing muscle-- and you want to be losing fat. You need food to FUEL YOUR BODY, especially if you're exercising regularly.…
