I've only been using mfp for about three weeks now. For losing 1 lb/week mfp has me set as 1300 cal + exercise cal. I've been consistently under my calorie goal with the exception of the days in which I have a cheat meal (it's also my rest day, so I'm usually in the red by 1000+ calories). Should weekly total of calories burned = 3500?
I was looking at the "weekly total" of calories burned from exercise, and I have 2828. Basically the subject says it all, but in order to lose a pound a week does that number have to be 3500? Sorry if this is such a DUH question; I've never thought about it before.

MFP calories burned accuracy
I can't afford a hrm at the moment, so now I'm going by mfp. I'm 5'3" and about 150 pounds. I had an hour long kickboxing class tonight. The calories mfp said I burned looked like way too much, so I put in 45 minutes-- it still said I burned over 500 cal. I can't imagine that I burned that much in an hour let alone 45…

Using cheat meals to meet calories?
(Hi! First post; been using mfp for a few days.) My BMR is around 1530cals (my TDEE is around 2360.) I just started the second month of Insanity; I don't have a HRM, so I use mfp.
