Just stick with it..give your body time to adjust to the workouts. Your diet and workouts are going to constantly need adjusting and changes will need to be made as you go along, but keep going..try to have fun with it..and do measure your body..good luck!

we got one at Christmas and it is alot of fun..I do the Biggest Loser Workout and the kids like the sonic free riders..Dance Central is fun and time flies and it also has a workout tracker.. we've tried other games, but i get a better workout with the Biggest loser and dance central..:laugh:

if you don't have ins. go thru emergency room, but you probably need to wait until it gets bad enough to do surgery and trust me it will. I have a bike also. Watching a show that I have on the dvr that l want to watch is what i use to get on the bike. Just get on the bike and see how far you can go in the hour it takes to watch the show. I was doing it everyday, but i slowed down to at least 3 times a week. go for it. if i can do it, then you can do it.

If you like swimming, then stick with it. You might want to consider some strength training because the stronger your muscles are the faster and longer you can swim. Keep up the good work. :happy:

i put 5 lbs on in one week due to water weight, but then the next week it came off quickly. watch your salt intake and drink your water.

Its wonderful that you've made the decision to get healthy. My advice to you in to increase your fiber intake and drink your 8 waters a day. Know that you can do this, not just think you can. :happy:

Stick with it! You will get through it. Give your body time to make changes. Find the instant gratification in knowing that you just "ran a mile in x amount of time" or "making the healthier choice of food". You got to start patting yourself on the back because you are living healthy.
