I still see a lower adjustment on MFP based on UP but UP's calorie burn is extremely low compared to MFP even after calibration.   • Walk away the pounds is one of the best workouts! I Love It & I was considering starting to do a mile daily, it's only 18 minutes. She uses a great variety of cardio moves & it's very easy so if you need to challege yourself you can.

I'm happy that I've stuck it out this far & you guys really helped me push through but I wish I could've Rocked the scale :sad: I did notice some change in my mid-section but not 2 much.
