I don't knwo the answer, but I'm curious about what others will say. I've also switched to soy milk too and eat very little or no diary at all, but I've not noticed any symptoms like this.

It depends where you live. I find it quite expensive as there are no street markets where I live now, but when I was buying fruit and veg there, they were much cheaper than supermarkets. Also products that are in season are usually slightly cheaper and on offers.

You are totally right, if you say "you've lost weight", some people might think you considered them to be fat.

That is the problem with losing weight, your clothes start look weird on you. However, if you are constantly losing weight, there seems to be no point to change up the whole closet as you will be losing more soon.

It is funny when you lose weight, all of a sudden people think that you have so many nice clothes and in fact they are digged out from your closet:-) I think peopel start noticing when you wear fitted clothes a bit more, so I need to start doing that more often:-) Well done on your results!

Yes, this effort is for us, not for everyone else, but it would be nice to hear some compliments that would encourage us to do some more work:-) You are probably right saying that they wish it was them. Some of them would rather say many negative things rather than one positive, like it hurts! Well done of your weight loss!

Yes, you are right. I was just curious as one of my colleagues at work lost a lot of weight and people kept commenting on how she did well, so I'm a bit jealous;-)

I think it is always the case with people who you have not seen a while, they often used to tell me that I am thinner although I was fatter;-) What a shame we have to prompt compliments, they are so encouraging!

Oh, these are great to cook with, so versatile! I usually make a zucchini/marrow ratatouille. Thanks for your replies. I eat a lot of oats, whole grain foods, veg and I get my fiber from them. Do units in out food diary show grams? What does too much fiber cause?

I think percentages go up and down for me. I usually go way over my allowance only by eating a lot of fruit and muesli...And it is annoying as I know I don't put refined white sugar into my body!

Now that you mention it, I want to do something like that too. I did detox once and made me feel light and "fresh" inside:-) As others mentioned, if you lose any weight, it will be more likely water/"toxins" (I think).
