I just did my first 5km ParkRun on Saturday 01st after 4 years of no running at all. Needless to say I can barely walk up or down my stairs. :s I've just barely managed to get a 40min yoga workout finished today. I presume any sport is allowed? So I would love to join your 30day June challenge...

I was struggling to drink enough water too. I've started to drink cooled boiled water & sometimes hot. I find it easier to drink somehow & for some reason, I am actually drinking more. I keep a glass by my kettle too. I'm running like a race horse since I increased my liquid intake but that should ease up soon (?) Not sure…

This challenge will keep me on my toes. I'm living in Wigan, North West of England. I'm nearly 14stone/194lbs, I'm late 40's and a busy mom of 4 - that includes the dog, not hubbs! :D I am hoping to shed over 70lbs/3stone before Christmas 2018 (nothing like a target).
