I just do once a week, Scale Saturday. I know myself and I would tend to get obsessed with numbers, even with using Happy Scale and I'd rather just know generally the number and more specifically that my clothes are fitting better, I feel better, and I'm happier.

I startd this journey at 260.9 pounds, so just 10 pounds heavier (and 2 inches shorter, per the magazine page above). Talk about an eye-opener.

All I had to do was go back into my bookmarked link and update my total (I was wondering the same thing!). I didn't have to copy and paste the bb code again - I just hit refresh back here and voila - it updated.
