Small victory but I'm proud of myself. I don't know if I did this right, I've never posted here.

Thank you so much!0 -
I don't usually sit in front of the camera so the before is from 2017 but since lock down I looked like this and the after photo is a week ago so after dropping 7.5kg (7.1kg fat) in 3 weeks.

Fantastic achievement. I love that you are in the same top in both pictures. I am going to keep a couple of items of clothing so I can do the same when my weight is gone. x9 -
Hey guys - these photos are super motivating!
Quick note about something I need y'all to keep in mind. We have community guidelines, and one of them addresses the need to keep this community classy:4. Keep it Classy (we mean your images)
I WILL:
• I will share my success photos and progress photos.
• I will keep it classy by wearing tight-fitting spandex instead of my undies to show my progress.
• I will post authentic photos that I have permission to use.
• I will be mindful that this is a workplace friendly site. If you wouldn’t share the image with your boss or your child, please don’t post it here.
I WON’T:
• I won’t post hateful, violent or graphic imagery.
• I won’t post nudity, pornography, or NSFW images.
• I won’t post images containing profanity.
• I won’t post political images.
• I won’t post photos containing excessive cleavage (if you would wear it to work, it’s probably OK).
• I won’t post close-up shots of cleavage, butt, breasts or crotch in any state of dress.
• I won’t post photos in which hands or objects are the only bodily covering,
• I won’t post photos in my undies (underwear, bras, lingerie, thongs, g-strings, or banana hammocks).
Please don't post photos in your underwear, a towel, or photos in which you are naked and place stickers across the parts of you that should be covered when you are in public.
Keep up the awesome work y'all. You look great!

2012 I had just been discharged from the military because of my dropping fitness and increasing weight. Try as I might I couldn’t make progress. 5 years later I was a runner on my own terms who had now finished a marathon and multiple half marathons. 2 years later i took a little control of my diet and my weight dropped below what it was when I enlisted originally. This year despite personal and global setbacks I stand in the best shape of my life! A lot changes when you focus on on the process, and not necessarily the end goal.

July 2019 vs June 2020. 320lbs-ish vs 205lbs. Just started a new push to 185lbs or so for a scheduled competitive trail run in September. I'm very happy with my current weight but this is kind of an experiment to go all-in on getting lean for an event. We will see how that turns out. I am definitely having to make daily adjustments and concessions on calories to make sure the training is not suffering. Oh, and if it helps anyone with context I am 6'3" and will be 39yrs at the end of September.

Wonderful progress! Good luck with preparing for the trail run.1 -
(I’ll say this. Take pictures of your journey. Take all the pictures. You will want them.)

Absolutely outstanding! My hubby and I have mountain bikes and ride 60 miles a week on the road. I’d like to do some off-road biking but I have to do two things first. First get to 175 and second have my hip replaced😬. I was a high school/college track/cross country athlete and all that running, plus having a little one (22 years old now) kinda recked my hip. I’ve gone from 288 pounds to 226 pounds since retiring (at 49 1/2) and I actually put myself on “maintenance” until our daughter graduated from college and we move her back to DC for her job. Well...we’ll be moving her there at the beginning of September so I need to get refocused. Your post motivated me to get going and focus on my goal of biking through actual trails we have here. Our daughter loves hiking the Billy Goat Trails in the Potomac so I can work my way up to that as well!
Congrats again and great job!8 -
Almost have abs!
