Lack the mobility to do any lower body/back lifts.
I lack the mobility for any lower body exercises. And mobility exercises seem to be making it worse. Not sure what to do. Examples: I can't grab the deadlift bar without rounding my back.* Squats are a mess about half way down. * Unless I basically squat down to pick it up, but that's way, way wrong. Things I've tried:…

Body went into bizzarro mode during my lifting session.
Little about me.. I'm 34, 6'7, 267lbs. I eat around maintenance, maybe slight weight loss. It's slow. I'm doing all-pros routine, based on my 10rms. I don't take any kind of workout supplements. I'm a fish oil and vitamin D kinda guy only. Tonight, something happened while I was doing squats. First, my skin began to itch.…

Help me find this song before I go insane.

Rebooting, re-lifting, could use some MF-Pals.
34 male, restarting Strength. Currently weak and soft. Want to be relatively strong and solid by April. The best food is dead animals. The best lift is the overhead press. Toss me a friend request, let's move.

Anyone else done 6 weeks to superhero?
About to do week 1 day 3. Curious to hear from others who have done this. It's based on the 4 big lifts, and doing a circuit of each one.
