Help me find this song before I go insane.

It's rock, and tends to feel more like metal.
It has a female vocalist, who sounds a bit like Lzzy Hale.
After the chorus, the tempo drops a little, and the singer says a word in a raspy tone. Starts with an H I think.

Ideas?

    That could be a lot of different bands- do you remember any of the lyrics? It could be lacuna coil, fly leaf, letter black.....

    I dont think it was In This Moment, just listened to some of their top 5. Great band though, thanks for that.

    I think the song does sound a lot like Adrenalize.

    I don't remember any of the dang words. I heard it in the middle of a crossfit workout, and tried to commit the single chorus word but it didn't stick.

    It's VERY similar in feel to Sick Like ME.

    Also has a 'barracuda' feel to it, but it's a newer song.

    Doesn't sound like Lacuna Coil to me.
