"shark week"
When its TOM i am so dreadfully tired fatigued. It could be because I have battled anemia as long as I can remember or just because my body is basically bleeding to death ha. I am so tired the entire week like as if I popped 5 benedryl (exaggeration) and I'm trying to stay awake. Should I push myself to try and get in some…

i know this is a weight loss wesbite...
Is it because of this no one really cares about "health". For example the over all consensus is "if it fits in your calories eat it" but is that healthy? Like yes i could eat taco bell everyday and fit it into my calories never get fat but is that healthy? no! I am pro fitting stuff into your calories and if i crave…

HIIT over estimation
I do a lot of HIIT and i have read a bunch on here that HRMs will over estimate calories burned for HIIT and I was wondering why that is. I have a chest strap on btw. 45 mins of a HIIT video i will burn about 320.. which doesn't seem like a huge over estimation. just confused.

you can do side bends or sit ups but please don't lose that butt..
ok that was ridiculous... haha! Even when I was fit I have had some what of a butt and was blessed with quite the Italian hips. I am afraid however that when I start losing some weight that my butt (which got a LOT bigger since gaining 20 lbs) will just disappear. I know like spot training is impossible and I can't choose…

I even hate asking this question
So my wonderful dude just surprised me with a cruise for our anniversary and its 39 days away. Im not looking for a quick fix and eating right and fitness is a life style change for me, BUT how much can the body change in under 2 months. realistically? I am dedicated to a deficit, lifting, and some cardio in there. Would…

best ways to build endurance
My endurance has SEVERELY plummeted like used to be able to swim for an hour straight and now one lap makes my lungs jump out of my chest. Is there a program or the best way I can approach building my endurance back up? Is it basically just consistently doing the activity or is there an approach I should take.

eating under BMR
I have read conflicting statements to not ever eat under your BMR. My BMR is roughly 1300-1400 depending on what calculator/method I am using. Making my tdee around 1600-1700. I have read to not EVER eat under your BMR then other times people say it doesn't matter eat 1200 calories + some or all of my exorcize calories.…

Adding in 30 day shred
I am adding in 30 day shred into my daily activities to get up and get moving. I also want to keep up with my lifting routine and swimming. My question is Do you think that would be to much on my body (I'm sedentary and don't work so its a way I can get off the couch and move) and i notice programs like that don't have any…

Making up for being sedentary
I went from working 10 hours a day as a chef burning probably close to 1000 calories a day just working to literally being sedentary all day everyday. I will go to the gym but other then that I am sitting on the couch doing school online and house work. (i stay pretty on top of it so it really not exerting that much…

calories burned while at work?
Has anyone who works on their feet ever calculated how many calories burned while working? I went from being a chef working 10 hours a day to a housewife and I literally gained my weight once I stopped working. It would be interesting to see how many calories on average I burned working on my feet everyday.

not satisfied with calories
So according to MFP in order to have a deficit my daily calories is 1200. Obviously If I work out I get some extra calories in there to consume, but I am miserable eating so little. My goal is to lose body fat and then gain muscle but 1200 is killing me. Iam confused if I am just used to eating more and its like an…

motivation
I think the hardest part about people sticking to a diet/exorcize regime is being able to see progress. "But I ate at a deficit and worked out for 2 weeks why don't I have a six pack." I know its hardest part for me like ok this should only take a couple weeks and I should look like a super model. Any advice on staying…

So according to MFP by BMR is 1,275 and I am a house wife so my activity level is pretty low. I go to the gym 6 days a week and a reformer Pilates class 3 days a week. My TDEE at sedentary would be like 1480. If i use IIFYM my BMR is 1440 and my TDEE would be 1728. I know all if this is rough estimate but because the…
