Is anyone utilizing the Target 100 book? If so, how do you like it?
Hey, I don't have a heart rate monitor. For those of you that do, what differences are you noting between what your gym precor reports for calories burned for age and weight vs. what your monitor tells you? I assume the totals from the precor are inflated, just not sure by how much. Thanks!
