Sometime last year I got lax with counting calories and then I broke my foot. After that I put on way too much weight. Last year I was as low at 207 and by December 1st, I had hit 248. Foot finally healed so I could begin running again in December and I got serious on the diet. I'm down 17 pounds since before Christmas.…
I didn't know if anyone here had a sort of hybrid schedule. I'm going to run 3 days a week and T25 3 days. Just looking for ideas on how to modify the T25 schedule to fit mine. If you have, what worked best for you?
For whatever reason, our neighborhood has pretty shoddy GPS signal and even cell signal for that matter. I'm looking for a device that might most accurately measure calories burned since I can't get a reliable GPS signal to monitor how far I run and then calculate calories burned. ( I hope that makes sense) Any suggestions?
I somehow managed to lose 1 pound since Friday. Considering I have 4 children and enough candy to open a candy store currently on my dining room table, I was pretty happy. haha You know you are on a weight loss kick when you think "Good. Monday is here and I can get back to a normal routine."
I can handle shorts running most of the year but for those late December and January runs, it gets pretty fierce. Any recommendations?
Once I started counting calories, the days of me grabbing a Frosted Brown Sugar Pop Tart were over. I used to grab a package (2 pastries) and snack on that. Then I saw this: Calories 420 Calories from Fat 126 Total Fat 14g It was nice knowing ya Frosted Brown Sugar Pop Tarts lol I didn't like em THAT much. :D
