It is day 3 for me and I'm logging my foods and to my surprise eating a bag of peanuts..like a cup a day is a LOT of calories! And eating 3 bagels a day is a LOT of calories. how many calories do I need to loose weight? 1-2 pounds a weak and how can I find this information out? I am 5'5" woman 58 yrs old & moderately active. I work out daily about 10-15 minutes a day.

10 minutes a day?
I do about 10 minutes a day work out and then in the evening just began doing knee lunges. Then I read where someone does 45 minute work outs 3 times a week. Which one is best? My goal is to loose 40 pounds.
