anyone over 60 do you do less exercise then when you were younger? I do a little less because seems I don't have as much strength as when I was younger slowly but surely I think my strength is getting better. anyone else in the same boat?

Should I throw out or donate my old baggie clothes?

My life style has really changed and now I am very active and I need to find out how many calories I should be consuming for my heigth at 5'4". Presently I am consuming 1100-1200 daily. I am small boned. any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

How to calculate how many calories I need to maintain my weight?

Today I reached my goal weight!!!
I finally did it!!! Thank you to mfp and whoever put up some inspirational sayings on this site! I have been at it for 8 months. Feeling so much better!! I can stay where I am at or loose another 10. I have got to do some maintaining in the near future. Open for ideas!!

My scale is stuck!!
I decreased my calorie intake to what MFP suggest. I lost fast 9 pounds first few weeks!! Now in my second month my scale seems stuck!! I am doing everything the same as when I lost the 9 pounds. Am I plateauing? Every day on my food log it says in 5 weeks I will weigh 5 pounds less. How can that be if my scale is stuck?…

forgot to eat!
I was busy & forgot to eat yesterday...I had dinner but did not get in all my calories. should I have eaten more after dinner? or just do dinner and log it and forget it? btw I don't do this all the time. occasionally it happens.

Does it help to eat your meals at a certain time of day? For weight loss Like a scheduled time to eat? I don't eat late at night anymore...I always keep fruit near though.

oatmeal & drink 16 ozs of water!
I have oatmeal for breakfast then i drink 16 ozs of water immediately afterwards. Then I have no hunger for several hours afterwards. Oatmeal is good & nutritious!

weird black beans
I made a soup with fresh vegis and black beans. I counted my calories and stayed within my calorie range. I did have several servings of soup homemade. There were Lots of beans in it. But the next day I was up 3 pounds!! what on earth? It took me 5 days to get that off. Do beans bloat you up or what?

Calorie exercises question
When you exercise and it increases your calorie intake for the day are you suppose to eat more to make up for the exercises? It seems your weight loss would not benefit from that?
