What is the longest # of days your weight has ever been in the plateauing phase?

There is no such thing? Eat 1380 a day calories for a week! And you should loose a pound in a week or so. 3500 calories equal 1 pound.
Most people burn 2000 calories a day. My fitnesspal works! I loose 1 pound a week on this plan!0 -
I was plateaued for 8 months straight without a drop on the scale or measurements. I ended up purchasing a Bodymedia armband, which could better track my TDEE instead of just guessing. I was eating about 1500 calories per day, and after wearing the armband for a week...i realized that I needed to be eating way more than what I was.
I increased my intake, and lost weight like crazy ever since.0 -
