How to add exercise to my daily log?

after I do my exercise routine I like to add it to my daily log. How do I do this?

From the MyFitnessPal home page, where it says "Daily Summary," press on the button that says "Add Exercise." Or choose "Exercise" from the menu at the top. On the next page, click "Add Exercise" under cardio or strength, then find the exercise you did with the search function. Enter minutes and (if you know them from an HRM or machine) calories. Otherwise, MFP's database will estimate calories burn. Note that this estimate is usually way too big, so you might reduce it to 50% or 75% of MFP's figure.0

thanks! why did I not think of doing it this way? Btw after you add your exercise at the bottom of your daily food diary...it does not specify what kind of exercise you did just how many calories you burned.. is this correct?0
