Apple Shapes can you share your progress pics?
I'm definitely apple, I carry my weight like a spare tire. I have thin legs, thin arms, and a large belly. I'm half way to my goal and I'm finally seeing more changes to my middle, seemed to lose from everywhere else first! I'd love to see others progress with similar body shapes as inspiration! Here's my progress so far!

Overhead press
As I've increased my weights I've noticed I'm actually doing more of a push press. Would you deload to get just a overhead press or is that typical? I'm guessing I'm not working my shoulders as much this way?

Buying weights today!
I've had a barbell for several months, but wasn't ready to invest in weights. Today I'm driving to the city to buy weights!
