Headache, nausea, dizzy?

I've been working out for about 6 months, I've lost 40lbs. I really started at practically no endurance, and a really sedentary life. I've mostly concentrated on weight training, with some cardio but not a ton. I've changed my eating style.
Anyhow 2 weeks ago I switched gyms, the new gym offers mostly cardio with some weights. A ton different then what I've been doing but since I have 50lbs to lose still I thought increasing cardio might be good. Now everyday I go work out I feel terrible within a few hours. Headache, nausea, today I'm dizzy and threw up.
I make sure I am well hydrated when I go, and usually drink 32oz during my workout as well.
The work outs are very challenging for me. I try to modify but still push myself.
Think this is still a hydration issue or am I just pushing myself too far? If hydration would you just drink something like gaterade?

You drink 32 oz of water during a workout?

    You could have a bug

You could have a mineral imbalance and need electrolytes

You could have a sinus / ear infection

You could have switched out caffeine

It could be too much of a leap and you might need to build up

I drink these during a workout but only in about 500ml (17fl oz) water

What kind of calorie deficit are you currently running? In addition to what @rabbitjb suggested, it could be simple low blood sugar.
  • I don't believe I have a sinus or ear infection. I don't have a cold.

Mfp recommends 1568 calories, and I'm good about staying within that. My Fitbit says I typically burn 2600 calories(but I'm not sure how accurate that is). I know that nutrion is definitely the weakest part of my journey so far. When I do an hour of circuit training mfp says I burned 700 calories. So it adds that to my daily calories, but should I be eating that all back?

I have a protein shake every morning, and head to the gym for class at 8:30 so that's all I've eaten at that point. I've had a hard time finding a good breakfast routine(I have an egg allergy, usually that's people first suggestion for me). Should I try to do more carbs maybe before going and see if that helps?
Yes I have a 32oz tumbler, and I drink the whole thing during my 1 hour class. I'm really thirsty while I work out, and my mouth feels dry during my workout usually.
    Thanks for the suggestions :-)

Couple quick things I picked up on....IF your fitbit is correct and let's assume that it is, or at least within a 10% range, you are in a 1,000+ calorie deficit a day (if you're also calculating calories near perfectly). How long have you been eating at a ~7,000 calorie weekly deficit? For the 6 months that you lost the 40lbs? If your answer to that is yes, it may be time to consider a possible re-feed week. Drop your deficit to 500 calories a day for a week or two and see how you feel. Your body may be needing additional calories after so long at this kind of deficit or it may need more as it adjusts to the different workout style.

Second, I think you may be over hydrating a tad bit. If I'm understanding correctly, you're drinking a protein shake (8oz?) and then drinking 32 oz of water over the next hour, so you're ingesting 40+oz in approximately 90 minutes on an empty stomach? (I would definitely upchuck that) A few things that I would recommend, try getting something small in your system, (banana and peanut butter, oatmeal, apple and peanut butter) along with or instead of your protein shake. Then, during your workout, sip on the water bottle, don't chug (not sure if you're chugging, just throwing it out there) and concentrate on breathing in through your nose and not your mouth. This might help with the mouth dryness.

All of these are great suggestions.
I experienced the same as you several months ago, while doing cardio workouts. It turned out that I had a dangerously low B-12 level. That's the B vitamin you get only from consuming animal products (or products enriched with that vitamin), especially red meat. I needed two months of weekly injections before switching to an oral supplement.
This is likely a longshot for you, and i am not a medical professional, but if you are leaning towards the conclusion that something amiss in your body, I'd get a blood test. Iron, too, while you're at it.
