Should I reset my starting weight?
In a few days, it will be a year of me logging all my food and I’ve only lost about 3 pounds according to my “starting weight” last year. Does anyone know how MapMyRun is different from MapMyWalk? If I walk while in the MapMyRun app, is it not going to be accurate or something? I don't really want to download both if could track when I walk and run in one app.

Eat bad and work it off later?
Does anyone else eat poorly such a 1,000 calorie meal from McDonalds and then worked out that evening and burn 1,000 calories? Or even the other way around. Eating take out but staying under your cal limit?
I will have some kind of fast food several times a week but I still stay under or at my calorie goal for the day.
