Hi all, I am curious about setting my goal to lose a certain amount of pounds each week. Do you all find that you lose at the set rate? Or, do you lose that set amount as an average over a certain amount of weeks? I know everyone is different, but I am just curious. Thanks, E

When did you first feel as though you were successful in losing weight?

Are you staying completely away from your trigger foods?
I've been on my plan for approximately 6 weeks. I've done fairly well, but I stay completely away from my trigger foods, such as Peanut Butter. It had gotten so bad that my family were hiding jars. I officially weigh in with my nutritionist every two weeks. Is it bad that I jump on my own scale a couple times a week? How often do you all weigh yourself?
