Hi All,
I am a Newbie here at MFP, but not to losing weight. I am working with a trainer and nutritionist, but felt I needed to read and connect with other people who are going through the same process. I use MFP to keep track of my eating and exercise so that if I have a bad week, I can go back and see what I did that week and what worked in other weeks.
