is it ok if i eat around 1200-1500 calories?
i am 177cm tall and 102.4 kg i would like to lost weight to 80. right now i eat around 1200 - 1500 calories and go to fitness for weight training and cardio by fast walking 40minute /day. does this amount of calories i take will make me to starvation mode or damage my metabolism system? best regatds, tony
