hi i am new here trying to lose weight

i already start to control food and do exercise everyday by weight training and cardio by walking as fast as i can because i scare of knee injury. i am 177 cms and 105 KG at 24/10/2014. now i am lose 1.7 KG. Yeah. my goal is 80KG. please give me advice
