Adding calories burned during weight training
I wear my fitness tracker when I do a weight workout. I would like to add the calories burned based on the info from my fitness tracker in the exercise spot. I do not want to add how many reps/sets I do. Is there a way to add the calories burned under "weights" in the exercise spot without adding reps/sets?

Human Growth Hormones - Red Ember Diet
Someone I know is currently on the Red Ember Diet. My understanding of the diet is that it limits you to 500 calories a day, no exercise, human growth hormones and massive amounts of vitamins. I am concerned that they are going down a dangerous path. Anyone have any knowledge/experience with this diet?
