Weight Watchers Comparison
I recently quit weight watchers to join MyFitnessPal. I am having a difficult time with the "free" fruits and veggies that weight watchers had. Any suggestions or advice on how to cut that habit? When I get really hungry I always eat more fruits and veggies and now that seems to be setting me at a plateau. Thanks!
