I get home at 3am. My only sleep is from 3am-7am. I have 3 kids, so I have to take care of them during the day. I really need to stretch my eating out over the course of 20 hours a day. It's hard not to feel hungry at some point :(

I got sick of not liking myself anymore. Tired of being lazy, and fed up with wearing clothes that hide my body. It seemed like all my clothes were unflattering on me, and it was time for a change.

This is my biggest problem. I eat a bad meal and the rest of the day I just pig out because I figure I've already screwed myself. pplastics had a great response!! I am going to try to not just throw the whole day away if I mess up, but rather try to do better the rest of the day! You are definitely not alone in this…

I had the same problem! Eating lots of veggies and fruit will make you have painful gas and stomach aches. Possibly try taking "Beano" for relief.

Mine is definitely my coffee with creamer... flavored creamer and whipped cream on top! I love a super sweet cup of coffee. It's like a dessert for me. And on the weekends I tend to go off course with eating fast food of some sort.

I have tried Skinny Cow as well and love it! I just thought I'd try Arctic Zero because it didn't have too many carbs ;)

I love my protein too! The perfect breakfast for me is one egg, 2 egg whites, some mozzarella cheese and spinach over a whole wheat waffle!! Delicious!

I read online that Stevia wasn't FDA approved. Does it cause cancer or have adverse side effects?

Ok, I let the recommended intake reset, and I should be consuming 1290 calories per day for 1 pound per week weight loss.

I have the same feelings!! A year ago I lost 50 pounds, but gained it all back after getting pregnant with my 3rd child. I'm not sure why people get so defensive about clean eating. It's just trying to eat natural and not processed! I'm going to slowly add in the more affordable organic foods and see if I can't just slowly add more as I go. I want to feel better!!

My bad is eating fast food, cookies, pizza, etc. Mainly just the junk foods that I normally don't eat.

I eat a 1 oz bag of Popcorners chips each day and that really satisfies me. I also LOVE popcorn, and this type really packs that flavor I desire. They're around 140 calories per bag, and you do get quite a few in there. They have lots of flavors! Worth trying! That way you have a portion size all packed for you. :smiley:

I tend to overeat because I think: "If I let myself eat bad this once I know that I will be back on my calorie restriction the next day, so I can just go crazy and eat all bad meals today." It's like I give myself a free pass for a day, so I just eat really bad. I take full advantage of eating literally EVERYTHING I want.…

I never thought of trying Stouffer's. I'll have to grab a few and try them. You're right, the Lean Cuisines are not filling at all and have small portions. Leaves me unsatisfied.
