Weight Watchers Comparison

I recently quit weight watchers to join MyFitnessPal. I am having a difficult time with the "free" fruits and veggies that weight watchers had. Any suggestions or advice on how to cut that habit? When I get really hungry I always eat more fruits and veggies and now that seems to be setting me at a plateau. Thanks!

I wish I had that problem.
The only concern of eating too many fruits and veggies would be if you ate non-stop carb dense ones like bannanas (120ish kcals). The fiber and nutrients from those two things make your body rejoice. But my guess why you might be in a plateau is not enough protein and weight training, that might surprise it right out of it. Good luck!

I do tend to eat too many bananas
Thank you so much for the advice! I agree, I do not eat enough protein nor do I do much weight training. I'll try it!
