Ok... what is everyone's professional opinions? I sleep 4 hours a day. (Work schedule) So that leaves 20 hours that I am awake. How in the WORLD do I spread enough meals out throughout my 20 hours to not feel hungry and stay under my 1200 calorie per day goal? Sample meal plans or certain foods that anyone suggests? Thanks!

I'd be more concerned about sleep. Body fat is the main energy source at rest and where we burn most of it off. Lack of sleep not only helps to inhibit fat loss, but can result in higher cortisol levels. Consistently higher cortisol levels can have an effect on your overall health.
With food, you could try 300 calories every 5 hours, but that's not a lot of food, IMO. Is 1200 your MFP setting for 1lb. a week?

I manually set my calorie goal. Maybe I should reset it?0

Ok, I let the recommended intake reset, and I should be consuming 1290 calories per day for 1 pound per week weight loss.0
