hi, is anybody successfully using the Apple health /watch in conjunction with logging food consumption on MyFitnessPal , to get a picture of my comprehensive calorie intake/burn ? I’m totally confused with what device is the source of what ? , and the general flow of information between these apps and devices.

Hi, I'm normally a really active person , but I have an injury that prevents me from going to the gym at the moment ( and probably for the next few months). My weight has already started to increase, so I'm trying the 5:2 diet to try and atleast stabilise my weight.

Syncing myfitnesspal and iOS health app
hi, I am a little confused about what info is synced with the apple health app. If I for instance go for a swim and manually record 180 calories, this won't appear in health app?

No weight loss
hi , it's early days but i have just spent a week watching and logging my food and exercise and haven't lost a pound. I thought I would have lost 1 or 2 pounds. As anyone got any good tips or links to other posts that might be useful?
