No weight loss

hi , it's early days but i have just spent a week watching and logging my food and exercise and haven't lost a pound. I thought I would have lost 1 or 2 pounds. As anyone got any good tips or links to other posts that might be useful?

    Logging does not in its self make you lose weight, Open your dairy so people can take a look to see if its setup right. Cheers
