5:2 diet

Hi, I'm normally a really active person , but I have an injury that prevents me from going to the gym at the moment ( and probably for the next few months). My weight has already started to increase, so I'm trying the 5:2 diet to try and atleast stabilise my weight.

    Hi Mike - I'm injured too at the moment and am also starting the 5:2 diet. Good luck! My husband lost 1 stone 7lb relatively easily on this plan.
