Just how important is water really...?
I give up, I just cannot stomach water, find it boring and I know I don't drink nearly enough. But how important is it really for ketosis? Surely all liquids (low/non carb) are ok? What are you experiences? Does drinking half your body weight in H2O daily help?

Hi I try to up my fats at dinner time so I usually fry some garlic in little butter and cream, its lush but I have just discovered garlic has carbs (when did that happen?). Any-who I am wondering if anyone has any quick sauce recipes? Besides mayo what do you use? Thanks :)

Sweeteners (in coffee and diet soda etc)
Hi Guys, I'm very new to Keto (10 pounds in 18 days) and been checking out this forum (lovely people btw) and I have a v quick question. Sweeteners in coffee/tea and diet drinks (coke/pepsi etc). did any of you find to slows down your weight loss? I would be very interested in hearing your experiences. Thanks :-)
