Hungry while bulking - am I doing it wrong?
Hi. i've been on a bulk (400-500 cals over maintenance according to iifym) for a month and gained around 2lbs. I do actually struggle to stay to my calorie target (3300/day) as i often feel quite hungry. Should I stick to what calculators tell me or go by how i feel? Eating fats within 3 hours either side of a workout.
Hello. Does anyone know if this is a myth or if it is something i should try and stick to? I was told it slows down getting any nutrients into your blood so not a good idea too close to a workout - before or after?

hi. anyone found any ratio's that seem to work well for them? Obviously everybody is different but i guess there are some approximate ratios that work well? I always have felt that I dont press enough weight on bench press compared to squat/deadlift amounts? any recommended ratio's anyone uses?
