Just curious to hear what your opinions on this subject are.
I'm having a verdigo spell but don't want to drop the ball. What are some ways I can still get a good workout without aggravating it. All I really feel like doing us sleeping it off. Thanks
I try not to eat a lot of carbs, because I thought too many were bad. I keep getting different responses and it's confusing me. I eat around 150 (from fruits and whole grains,etc. not junk food), and someone said I could eat more than this
