Any of you guys do circuit training as a main part of your fitness regiment ? Im three week in doing 3-4 circuit workout a week and I feel pretty good. First time in my life I have cardio haha ;)

how much protein you really need ?
Like in the title , how much do you needs and how much do you personnaly eat ? Protein is my least favorite macro of them all and I hate to cook meat lol. Is there apoint for me to eat close to 1g/lb if im not a bodybuilder ? Thanks guys

Physical Jobs
Question for you guys ! I work a physical jobs 8 to 9 hours a day 5 days a week. Im pretty beat after work, can a physical jobs replace exercice ? I dont think I have anymore weight to lose just asking if it could have important benefits to add because when I do I feel like I dont recover enough and feel worse . Thx!
