Fell off the wagon.
Alright, so I've fallen off the wagon and gained about 1stn of what I lost. So I've joined the gym and I have my induction on Thursday. I've never been to the gym before, and really have no idea where to start (other than knowing that I want to use the treadmill). Has anyone got any tips/advice? Thanks. :)

Ok so... This is where I work out! I go running here every day. It's so beautiful with all the birds singing in the trees in the morning. Upload a photo of your work out base and tell me why you enjoy working out there!! Let's brighten up the midweek mood! :)

Hey, so... Im thinking about getting the FitBit Flex for my birthday (which isn't till July :( ). I was wondering if anyone else has one and if they are any good? I don't want to pay a lot of money for something that isn't very good, I've had a look on their website, and the Flex would suit me down to the ground! :)

2nd Week of diet! 12 pounds lost
Hi! I didn't realise there were groups on here! Anyhow, I recently decided to start losing weight, I now have stretch marks on my tummy, and at the age of 22 with no kids I decided it was time to do something about it! I'm the biggest I've been in my life now, and no longer happy when looking in the mirror. Lost 12 pounds…
